Mr. F, from a US design company, is one of our valued customers. He has sent us an inquiry about the gas spring applied to the RV application. Their project was still in the very beginning of design. He would like to have a sample for evaluation, but he had no idea what specific he would need as he has less knowledge about this damping part. To better understand customer's demands as well as to explain well our product, we scheduled an online meeting with our engineering team. After going through the following topic:

- The introduction about gas spring character
