The function wants to achieve is: The bed handle can be lowered down, so that patient can get out of bed conveniently and effortless operation by the patient himself/herself.
Background
In Oct 2021, the oversea sales team received an inquiry from a new Italian customer, a famous medical bed company in Italy. They need gas springs for their medical bed handles.
The function wants to achieve is the handle can be lowered down easily, with effortless force by hand. And at the end of handle lowering movement, it should be a soft motion.
The lifespan requirement is a minimum of five years.
Results
Stroke=50mm, Total Length=180mm, F=50N, Rod&Tube diameter is 6mm/15mm.
Add a certain amount of oil inside; when the stroke ends, oil can provide a much stronger damping effect than gas, and the handle can achieve soft motion.
