Background

In Feb 2022, the oversea sales team got received an inquiry from UAE market, a globally industrial company. They need gas springs for smoke vent.
The function wants to achieve is the heavy flap can be open smoothly and automatically by gas spring. The gas spring can be exposed in high temperature and withstand in 30mins.

Results

Stroke=250mm, Total Length=590mm, F=800N, Rod&Tube diameter is 10mm/22mm.

To meet the high temperature working environment, cylinder seal of gas spring is to use aluminum alloy to replace Bakelite.
