Background
In May 2020, the oversea sales team got received an inquiry from Brazil market, a clothing manufacturer. They need gas springs for replacement on their machine. As the required end fitting is quite special, and the demand quantity is low, customer could not find a proper supplier for their order.
The function wants to achieve is the heavy lid can be lowered down smoothly to avoid any potential risk during the production.
Results
JP team has worked out the special end fittings that customer required. It is because JP has integrated resources of accessories to meet various requirement in different industries
