Background

In May 2020, the oversea sales team got received an inquiry from Brazil market, a clothing manufacturer. They need gas springs for replacement on their machine. As the required end fitting is quite special, and the demand quantity is low, customer could not find a proper supplier for their order.
The function wants to achieve is the heavy lid can be lowered down smoothly to avoid any potential risk during the production.
